Too many tools for one shoot
The roster lived in one place, galleries in another, video somewhere else, sales somewhere else again, and the missing pieces ended up being moved by hand.
Picvoro was created to solve a problem sports photographers deal with every week: too many tools, too many subscriptions, and too much time spent managing the work around the shoot instead of the shoot itself.
The team behind Picvoro includes current and former sports photographers. We knew the rhythm of a game, a season, and the work that follows them—and we kept running into software that treated each part as a separate business.
Athletes had to be recreated. Galleries had to be rebuilt. Video needed another home. Parents got another link. Packages had to be managed separately. Sales lived apart from the media that generated them. Email became the glue holding everything together.
Picvoro started with a simple idea: the information from the shoot should keep moving with the shoot.
The roster lived in one place, galleries in another, video somewhere else, sales somewhere else again, and the missing pieces ended up being moved by hand.
Every new problem seemed to mean another monthly bill, another login, and another integration just to keep a normal sports season moving.
After the game came sorting, sending links, rebuilding offers, moving video, checking orders, following up, and carrying the same information between tools.
Picvoro connects booking, the team, roster, shoot, athlete, photos, video, gallery, storefront, season packages, order, fulfillment, messages, payments, and the next game. The goal is not to add another tool. It is to replace the administrative layer that grew around sports photography.
That means fewer handoffs, fewer duplicate records, fewer subscriptions, and fewer moments where a photographer has to remember which app owns the next step.
Picvoro covers the messages that keep a sports-photo business moving: access codes, gallery launches, order updates, crop requests, delivery notices, season campaigns, and promotions.
Transactional messages stay tied to the buyer and order that caused them, while the marketing suite gives studios one place to reach teams and customers when the next gallery, video release, package, or season is ready.
Picvoro supports importing data from most major software solutions, then maps supported records into the structure you will use going forward.
If your current platform is not directly supported, email support@picvoro.com. We are more than happy to help you get onboarded instead of leaving you to figure out the migration alone.

Picvoro was founded by sports photographer Connor Hayden and built around the repetitive work that follows teams, athletes, galleries, video, orders, delivery, and running a sports-photo business through an entire season.
The product is meant to feel like the stack sports photographers should have had all along: sports-first, connected, and designed around work that repeats every week.
