Picvoro is designed around high-volume sports coverage. Browser uploads are chunked and resumable, and the team, roster, athlete, gallery, and package structure is built so large shoots do not have to be reorganized into disconnected folders after upload.

Yes. Rosters and athlete records stay tied to the team, season, and shoot where they belong, so the same athlete can appear in the right contexts without one messy global record.

Yes. Team Admin access can be limited to the relevant team so coaches or team contacts see what they need without seeing unrelated clients or studio finances.

Yes. Your buyers see your studio brand first. Custom domains and deeper white-labeling are available if you want even less Picvoro branding.

No. Picvoro supports lightweight access such as one-time email or phone codes when a full account would add unnecessary friction, while still supporting buyer accounts for repeat customers.

Yes. Sell digital photos, video clips, prints, custom products, game packages, season packages, and passes from the same storefront. Physical products can be sent automatically to WHCC for processing or handled through self-fulfillment. Offers can apply to a single image, video, one gallery, or eligible future games depending on how you set them up.

Picvoro uses Stripe and Stripe Connect for checkout and payouts. Orders, refunds, fees, and revenue stay tied to the same buyer, game, gallery, photo, video, and product data.

Picvoro uses Stripe Tax so taxable products can be calculated inside checkout, including mixed packages with digital, video, and physical items.

How are physical products fulfilled?

Physical products can be sent automatically to WHCC for lab processing, or you can mark products for self-fulfillment when you want to handle them yourself. Fulfillment status stays tied to the same buyer and order either way.

Can I review buyer crops before a print goes to the lab?

Yes. You can approve the buyer crop, adjust and approve it, ask the buyer to correct it, or cancel and refund the affected item before fulfillment.

What happens if I forget to review a crop?

Picvoro uses a 72-hour photographer review window. If no action is taken, the buyer-approved crop becomes final and moves to fulfillment automatically. The timer pauses while waiting on the buyer and restarts after a revised crop is submitted.

Will one unfinished crop hold the entire physical order?

By default, yes, so the buyer is not silently charged for extra shipping or lab costs. You can choose to split fulfillment after seeing a clear cost warning.

Photos and video upload directly from the browser to private storage using chunked, resumable transfers, so a large game does not have to restart from zero after a connection drops.

Picvoro uses AI-assisted jersey suggestions with team and roster context. It can suggest likely numbers and matches, but you stay in control before those suggestions affect how buyers find media.

No. We do not train our models on customer photos. Our team is made up of current and former sports photographers, and the models were trained using their past photography instead.
